Go-to-Market Strategist

This role is a vital part of a collaborative team responsible for driving the overall go-to-market strategy for a specific territory. Key responsibilities include leading sales cycles, selling strategic business outcomes with long-term engagements, and leveraging solution-selling expertise to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a dedicated customer set in the ESMB space, owning the full sales cycle.
  • Own the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, emphasizing new business growth while expanding existing accounts.
  • Use solution selling skills to efficiently respond to customer needs and identify business potential for creating a strategic partnership.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.
  • Prioritize and lead industry events and user groups to generate market interest.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English & a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish).
  • Demonstrated success in quota-carrying technology solution-based direct sales experience.
  • Territory & Account Planning Strategies: Develop territory and account plans to achieve sales objectives by identifying and qualifying prospects and opportunities effectively.
  • Research and Discovery: Uncover prospects' current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals based on customer use cases and value hypotheses.
  • Solutioning: Identify compelling value propositions addressing customer needs by demonstrating an understanding of technology solutions.
  • CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION: Engage with customers using clear, concise, and timely communication methods and tools (writing, speech, presentation) such as Whiteboarding, Slack, Google Slides, Zoom.
