The Reservations Manager will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the reservations office, working closely with the wider hotel team to ensure seamless customer experience.
- To deal with all customer reservations/enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- To train the reservations team to provide exceptional service standards (telephone etiquette, written correspondence, genuine customer care).
- To maximise rooms and other revenue sales through effective revenue management strategies.
- To be aware of and analyse all forthcoming business on a regular basis.
- To provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting as required.
The ideal candidate should have:
- A minimum of two years' experience as Reservations Manager in a large, quality hotel property.
- A degree/diploma in Hospitality or Revenue Management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong systems knowledge.
- A strong customer service ethos and background.
- A can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
As a Reservations Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, while also contributing to the success of our hotel. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team that is dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
