As a key member of our team, you will have overall responsibility for the coordination and management of designated GMP analytical service projects.
This includes supervising project status, timelines, and budgets. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, business development, and the project team, ensuring the flow of information between all parties.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight and coordination of client portfolios.
- Ensure project requirements are understood, agreed, and followed at all times.
- Facilitate the flow of information to all partners.
You will be responsible for various tasks, including:
- Shipment inspection review and login authorization.
- Login verification and COA setup.
- QA submission and stability studies review.
- Sample disposal approvals and shipment organization.
- Cumulative stability reports and metric maintenance.
- Handling forecast of activities and contracts.
