Executive Quality Leader

The primary objective of this role is to act as the liaison between senior management and a team of Quality Engineers/Techs, overseeing quality system metrics and data while providing work direction for Quality Engineers and Quality Technicians to support and maintain quality management system, risk management and quality control plans.
This position entails responsibility and direction of activities for one or various functions within the quality department. Key areas include Quality Engineering, Quality Operations, and Quality Projects. The successful candidate will collaborate in process design and design transfer activities ensuring that adequate systems are properly validated and qualified to meet product requirements.
- A proven track record managing and leading a team within the parameters of a highly regulated manufacturing environment is essential for this role.
