Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Quality Professional to provide expert support in quality assurance, control, and preventative activities with a focus on continuous improvement of internal processes.

The successful candidate will lead the execution of initiatives and projects to enhance quality performance within the business and for our customers. Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards is essential.

This role requires strong communication, project management, and influencing skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication and negotiation skills, as well as critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality engineering support in quality assurance, control, and preventative activities
  • Support supplier quality issues impacting daily operations
  • Lead the execution of initiatives and projects to enhance quality performance
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and maintain quality procedures and documentation
  • Requirements:
  • Previous industry experience desired
  • Experience interacting with regulatory agencies (FDA, MoH, etc.) desired
  • Understanding of US Medical Device Regulations
  • Familiarity with ISO 13485, GMP desired
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Concepts (e.g., Risk Management, CAPA, Audits)
