Senior Quality Management Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Manager to join our team. As a key member of our quality department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Quality Manager and working closely with other departments to implement quality management systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day quality tasks and initiatives
  • Investigating and resolving customer quality queries
  • Facilitating continuous improvement teams and identifying trends in quality issues
  • Developing and implementing quality reports and metrics
  • Providing support and guidance to junior team members

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a quality role at a senior supervisor or entry management level
  • Experience in a manufacturing/production environment ideally with knowledge of industry standards and guidelines
  • Demonstrable experience of change management and supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and root cause analysis techniques
