This is a high-profile role that requires an experienced and talented individual to manage multiple projects, maximize commercial returns, and maintain positive relationships.

  • Track project deliverables, ensure commercial and administrative systems are utilized, and maintain budgets and cost control procedures.
  • Lead the commercial planning and implementation of projects, drive successful delivery, and review selected contractors/suppliers.
  • Carry out in-depth reviews of tender documentation, identify risks or potential gains, and ensure contractual correspondence in accordance with contract terms.
  • Continuously monitor projects to ensure they stay on time and in budget, assist with defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, and report on actual costs versus estimates.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong client relationship-building skills and the ability to leverage opportunities for repeat business.
  • In-depth knowledge of various construction industry forms of contract (RIAI, FIDIC, JCT, etc.).
  • Commercial acumen with advanced market knowledge and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to critically evaluate documents and build strong client & PQS relationships.
