This is a dynamic position that requires strategic thinking, collaboration, and a passion for revenue management. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative revenue strategies, optimizing revenue, and driving business growth.

  • Develop and implement data-driven revenue strategies to optimize revenue and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and effective execution of revenue initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth through data analysis and strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and implement revenue strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and effective execution of revenue initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional understanding of the digital landscape and ability to effectively manage third-party suppliers for digital marketing support.
  • Proven track record in revenue management, with a strong focus on data analysis and strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and implement innovative revenue strategies.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data-driven insights to optimize revenue and drive business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in hospitality, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the industry.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in revenue management or a similar role within the hospitality sector.
  • Proven expertise in revenue management systems and tools, with the ability to interpret and apply data-driven insights.

This is a remote working opportunity with only 2-3 days required on-site per month.
