Job Opportunity:

As a Procurement Specialist, you will join a leading construction company who are specialists in structural alterations, civil engineering, substructure, concrete works and builder's works.

Your key duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Placing orders for materials, plant and equipment;
  • Creation and management of purchase orders;
  • Interfacing with site to book deliveries and yard to manage materials, plant and equipment;
  • Vendor onboarding;
  • Negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers;
  • Sourcing and procuring equipment;
  • Assessing potential suppliers for quality;
  • Supporting continuous improvements;
  • Verifying and authorising supplier invoices;
  • Supporting data analysis and reporting objectives of the procurement team.
