Shop Floor Manager

As a Shop Floor Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting your team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for customers. This role involves ensuring that all colleagues are fully trained and validated in their roles, creating an inspiring and welcoming environment, and driving a culture of zero food waste.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, an entrepreneurial attitude, and the ability to inspire a culture of trust. They will also possess excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate colleagues to achieve their daily priorities and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Create an engaging and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration and teamwork.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ensure that all colleagues are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Manage date codes and ensure that all edible products are sold or disposed of promptly.
  • Recruit and select top talent to join the team, focusing on candidates who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
