SAP Commerce Cloud Director Job

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the operational management, optimization, and support of our SAP Commerce Cloud platform.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Commerce (Hybris), strong leadership capabilities, and a results-driven mindset. Key responsibilities include leading day-to-day operations, establishing SLAs and KPIs, ensuring high availability and performance, and collaborating with business and IT leadership.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) management.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale digital commerce operations.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and automation frameworks.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • SAP Certified Development Specialist – SAP Commerce Cloud.
  • Experience integrating SAP Commerce Cloud with SAP S/4HANA, ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
