Project Manager Role

A key role within our organization, the Project Manager is responsible for overseeing selected projects within the site's project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management of selected projects within the site's project portfolio, including process improvement, new system delivery, and NPI (New Product Introduction) projects in drug product specialism.
  • Lead and support rapid improvement projects through the application of the most appropriate project execution methodology.
  • Work with project sponsors to ensure the project scope is fully defined and understood.
  • Lead project management best practice by partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution is on track.
  • Resolve issues and escalate risks in a timely fashion to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Science, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' industry experience, with at least 4 years working in a project management role.
  • Experience in applying project execution methodologies, such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, etc.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Leadership skills, with experience in leading cross-functional matrix project teams.
  • Green belt certification in MPS/Operational Excellence.
  • Experience working in vaccines, biologics, or sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
  • Project management qualifications, such as PMP certification.
