Seeking an experienced Technical Reward Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent analytical skills, and experience working with data lakes, SQL, ETL tools, and business intelligence platforms.

In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to design and implement data architecture solutions, ensure secure and compliant data flow, and develop or support tools for reward and workforce data analysis.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in complex organizations, with a strong understanding of pay transparency legislation and reward principles. Experience with HRIS systems, integration tools, and scenario planning or cost modelling tools is also highly desirable.

Job Description
  • To design and implement data architecture solutions that support pay transparency, including the setup or enhancement of a data lake or other data housing platform.
  • To ensure secure, scalable, and compliant data flow to enable cross-functional access and insight.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in a technical analyst, data analyst, or HR technology role within a complex organization.
  • Proficiency in working with data lakes, SQL, ETL tools, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and integration tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Understanding of pay transparency legislation and reward principles is a plus.
