The Role of Reward Compliance Analyst

In this role, you will collaborate with various teams across the organization to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting and aggregating data from global systems to ensure compliance with applicable legislation and company policies.
  • Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of data used for regulatory reporting through meticulous validation and cross-referencing.
  • Preparing data for statutory disclosures and collaborating on periodic submissions to regulators, external auditors, and internal compliance reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Reward Compliance Analyst, your key responsibilities will be to collect and aggregate data from global systems, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and company policies. You will also be responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of data used for regulatory reporting through meticulous validation and cross-referencing.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience in data analysis within HR, payroll, or compliance settings.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including Excel Add-ins such as Power Query; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or equivalent tools is advantageous.
  • In-depth understanding of HRIS and payroll systems in a compliance context.
  • Familiarity with data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR) and regulatory frameworks related to compensation.
