Job Title: Front Office Manager

We are recruiting a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front office, providing excellent customer service, and managing staff.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the front office, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and guest services.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Leading and motivating a team of front office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver excellent service.
  • Monitoring and controlling costs, including payroll, associated with the department.
  • Liaising with other departments, including revenue and reservations, to maximise front office sales and achieve brand loyalty targets.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role in a 4/5-star hotel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • An appropriate 3rd level qualification in hospitality or a relevant discipline.
  • Experience with MS Office packages, including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
