Front Office Manager

We are recruiting for a seasoned hospitality professional to take on a leadership role within our Front Office function. In this position, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Front Desk, ensuring exceptional guest service while driving efficiency and revenue.

  • Lead and manage the Front Office team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional environment at the Front Desk.
  • Oversee daily operations including check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and system updates.
  • Monitor arrivals/departures, group bookings, and event schedules to ensure seamless operations.
  • Resolve guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all staff are knowledgeable about facilities, local attractions, and upcoming events.
  • Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), providing training and ongoing coaching to team members.
  • Drive sales by promoting hotel services and packages.
  • Manage departmental performance against targets.
  • Oversee staff rosters, payroll accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years proven experience in a Front Office Manager role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Confident in using hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and online booking platforms.
