We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support in a community-based setting.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of person-centered care and be able to promote optimum independence and enhance the quality of life of service users.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest attainable standards of care and support, while promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of FETAC Level 5 in Social Care/Special Needs/Healthcare or a related discipline, as well as experience working with people with intellectual disabilities and behaviors of concern.
A full clean driving license and willingness to drive as part of the role are also essential.
