Job Title: Marketing Activation Lead

The role of Marketing Activation Lead involves taking charge of the Irish market's marketing strategy, responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to enhance brand presence. This includes reporting directly to the UK&I Marketing Director, while maintaining a collaborative relationship with the Ireland Country Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Planning & Execution
  • Lead the execution of the Ireland Marketing Plan, ensuring seamless coordination across all platforms.
  • Manage the Marketing Budget, focusing on media planning and campaign optimization.
  • Monitor campaign performance to ensure ROI and budget compliance.
  • Support the development of the Ireland AOP, aligned with UK&I and global brand strategies.
Brand Portfolio Activation
  • Coordinate portfolio deployment, range management, and product P&L tracking.
  • Execute campaigns and maintain local brand consistency.
  • Share key market insights and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Digital Media Coordination
  • Manage media planning, collaborating with local agencies and global teams.
  • Adapt and implement digital creative assets for the Irish market.
  • Oversee Digital Destination Delivery and support the Direct-to-Consumer/Online Business with marketing execution and reporting.
Stakeholder Partner Collaboration
  • Agency management across media, PR, and digital agencies.
  • Coordinate with Consumer Relations and internal teams on consumer issues in Ireland.
  • Represent the Irish market in relevant UK&I and global marketing forums.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key partners.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
  • Experience in media planning, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
  • Familiarity with online retail is desirable.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
