Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead our apartment construction projects from start to finish.

  • Oversight of all construction aspects, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Implementation of quality control measures to guarantee timely delivery of high-quality finishes.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 10 years of recent experience as a Project Manager or Senior Construction Manager with a main contractor or developer building apartments or office blocks.
  • A proven track record in the construction of apartments or offices is essential.
