Custody Services Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Custody Client Service team in Limerick. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, both internally and externally. You will work closely with internal teams to provide prompt and quality responses to client queries, ensuring we meet our high standards of service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the service delivery to one or multiple clients
- Point of consultation for clients
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with critical business partners, internal clients, and relevant third parties
You will also be responsible for tracking service and delivery results against project plans and SLD (Service Level Delivery), monitoring service delivery through client reviews, internal/external surveys, and specific client feedback.
