Custody Client Service Representative

As a Custody Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing prompt and high-quality responses to client queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all custody-related queries from clients, trustees, or fund administrators.
- Maintain and enhance the service provided to clients, trustees, and fund administrators.
- Owning and resolving all client, trustee, and fund administrator queries.
- Oversight of the Service Level Agreement.
- Participates in Custody Transitions (TBA, new business, etc.).
- Maintaining and monitoring all client data and standing instructions.
- Preparing client tax and proxy voting documentation.
- Responsible for opening and closing client custody accounts.
- Coordinates sub-account openings.
- Responsible for reviewing client custody fee invoices for approval and ensuring timely settlement.
