Global Custody Services Professional

This position is responsible for providing exceptional client service as the primary point of contact for all custody-related queries. The Custody Client Service Representative will work closely with internal teams to source information and provide prompt quality responses to clients.
Main Duties
- Acting as the key contact for clients, trustees or fund administrators for all custody related matters.
- Ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients, trustees and fund administrators.
- Owning and resolving complex queries from clients, trustees and fund administrators.
- Ensuring effective management of the Service Level Agreement.
- Supporting custody transitions.
- Maintaining accurate records of client data and standing instructions.
- Preparing essential documents for clients such as tax and proxy voting.
- Managing the process of opening and closing client custody accounts.
- Coordinating the opening of sub-accounts.
- Reviewing and approving client custody fee invoices for timely settlement.
