Responsibilities- Handle direct customer interactions through various channels, primarily phone and email
- Take ownership of every customer interaction to ensure issues are resolved
- Explain products and services, provide guidance and empower customers to self-serve
- Manage customer complaints and escalate risk situations as needed

Requirements- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a corporate environment
