Project Manager - Civil and Structural Works

We are seeking a driven Project Manager to coordinate and oversee civil and structural works in Belfast, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, effectively, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate site activities with staff, subcontractors, and the design team to meet project milestones.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and procurement of labour, materials, and equipment to achieve business objectives.
  • Prepare reports, method statements, and commissioning schedules to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct inspections and risk assessments to mitigate potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Track and approve submittals, deliveries, and technical queries to maintain project momentum.
  • Lead and document technical/quality meetings and site walkdowns to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Motivate and manage site teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) to provide a strong foundation for project management.
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role to demonstrate expertise in project coordination and leadership.
  • Full EU/Irish driving licence to facilitate travel to project sites.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering, construction, and design principles to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Relevant H&S site management training to maintain a safe working environment.
