We are seeking a commercially driven Revenue Manager to join the leadership team of a prestigious luxury hotel.
About the Role:- Analyse market trends and manage pricing and inventory to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with sales, reservations, and senior management teams to maximise profitability while maintaining property reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute revenue management strategies to optimise room, F&B, and event revenues.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand forecasts to inform pricing decisions.
- Manage inventory, pricing, and distribution channels to achieve yield optimisation.
- Produce accurate revenue reports and forecasts for senior management review.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and reservations teams to drive business performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Revenue Manager in a 4* or 5* hotel.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic skills.
- Proficiency with revenue management systems, PMS, and channel managers.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing abilities.
- A results-driven professional with a passion for luxury hospitality.
