Job Title

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous operation of our data centre infrastructure.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in trades and previous experience working within a facilities/maintenance/property/construction management environment is highly desirable.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Suppliers and Service Providers activities ensuring they meet contracted obligations in a safe, effective and efficient manner and seek opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with the preparation and control of department and facility related operational budgets.
  • Be available as part of after-hours Facilities Emergency Contact rota.
  • Acts as go-to person in relation to all facilities/project/fit out/crisis management activities on site ensuring timely solutions and identification and removal of potential roadblocks.
  • Develops a close working relationship with client key stakeholders and all facilities management vendors to ensure that they fully understand the client culture and become partners in delivering a high-quality service.
  • Has ability to address minor technical repairs and is first point of contact relating to all building issues including out of hours escalations.
  • Point of contact for client to log issues.
  • Responsible for Health & Safety during events, including contractor supervision, reviewing of H&S documentation.
  • Facilities Management, Property Management, Construction Management or similar qualification desired, but not required.
