Staff Process Optimisation Role Overview

As a Staff Process Optimisation Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering complex assignments with a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures in process optimisation.

This role requires a strong understanding of best practices, test strategy, and operations integration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration, communicate and participate in system and process troubleshooting, and work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplined team.

You will have the opportunity to apply analytical & problem solving skills to drive process improvement, and demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills to negotiate and influence others.

Additionally, you will be required to follow company quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple significant engineering projects through PMO.
  • Provide technical leadership from an engineering perspective.
  • Continuously improve process performance.
  • Support process development / advanced operations on technology development and application.
  • Implement lean manufacture within manufacturing.
Requirements:
  • Level 8 degree in mechanical engineering or relevant discipline.
  • 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation and written / verbal communication skills.
