We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our events team as an Events Executive Contractor.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of our national and international events programme. You will be responsible for supporting the Event Manager and wider event team to successfully deliver the events programme, including liaising with stakeholders, managing bookings and ensuring timely approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Event Manager in delivering the events programme
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery
  • Manage bookings and ensure timely approvals
  • Set up and manage competitions on event entry and scoring systems

Requirements:

  • A third level qualification in Event Management, Sports Management or related field
  • A knowledge of gymnastics is desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience in event management/operations is advantageous
  • Strong organisational & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Full, clean driving licence and access to a car for business use
