We're currently seeking a motivated Enterprise Sales Professional to join our EMEA sales team. As an early member of this dynamic team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy, defining our product roadmap, and driving revenue growth while maintaining a positive work-life balance.

Your primary responsibility will be to prospect and develop new potential accounts by educating contacts about how they can enhance their team's collaboration, transparency, and productivity using Notion's innovative software solutions.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience at a fast-growing software company
  • A hunter mindset, results-driven, and proactive in building new business pipeline
  • A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles, hitting or exceeding quotas
  • A strong growth mindset and desire to learn and develop
