Business Development Opportunity

Seeking a skilled professional to join our Business Development team in Dublin.

This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, develop valuable sales skills, and build a long-term career in software sales.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing outreach strategies, identifying high-potential companies, and testing messaging across different industries and buyer types.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies in collaboration with Account Executives
  • Identify and engage high-potential companies through email, phone, and social media
  • Test and refine messaging across various industries and buyer types
  • Contribute to building a strong sales pipeline and creating new opportunities
Requirements:
  • Fluency in German and English
  • At least 12 months of experience in sales development or lead generation
  • Motivated by goals and target-oriented
  • Strong communication skills and proactive attitude
