Injection Mould Technician

Our organisation, a global leader in injection-moulded products for the medical device markets, is seeking an experienced and skilled Injection Mould Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our moulding operations, ensuring that we continue to deliver high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve existing moulds to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
  • Design and manufacture new moulds and tools as required.
  • Work closely with process engineers to troubleshoot moulding problems and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new processes and systems.
  • Train and mentor other technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in toolmaking or mould maintenance.
  • Strong technical knowledge of injection moulding processes and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
