Communications Lead

Develop and execute internal and external communications strategies that align with our business objectives and brand values.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-directed individual to join our team as Communications Lead. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our narrative, enhancing employee engagement, and strengthening stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead internal campaigns to drive engagement, safety culture, and organizational alignment.
  • Provide support to the HR department with campaigns focused on developing employee engagement.
  • Support CRH communications and internal news articles.
  • Oversee content and analytics for the internal Connect App, including regular updates and engagement reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a communications role, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record in developing and delivering strategic communications plans.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with digital communication tools and platforms.
