
Sales Growth Relationship Manager

About this role:
This is a senior relationship management and sales revenue driving position responsible for managing the relationship and driving sales revenue in multiple verticals for a major Irish institution.
- Manage and drive sales in physical gift card malls, digital gift card malls, secondary placement and marketing, gaming products, own content and additional innovative projects.
- Understand relationship management within the B2B and SME/incentive channels, including liaising with internal teams.
- Detailed planning and forecasting for short, medium and long-term growth strategies and delivering annual plans.
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with clients across all teams and business areas.
- Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews to senior stakeholders internally and externally.
About the skills:
- Financial understanding of forecasts/margin/P&L/budgets.
- Numerate and confidence with numbers and data analysis.
- Problem solving and ability to find solutions (objections & negotiation).
- Working calmly under pressure.
- Ability to present to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship management skills and collaborative approach.
- Strategic planning and recognition of trends and opportunities for growth.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and influence decisions across various departments.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Adaptable and agile attitude towards workload, priorities and client requirements.
