As a BIM Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of integrated building information modeling services and driving improvements in design quality.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate multiple projects to ensure seamless execution and delivery
- Develop and monitor workflows and modelling techniques to optimize project outcomes
- Create concept designs and revise existing engineering drawings from specific sketches or layouts
- Maintain company drafting standards and procedures, with the ability to develop those standards when required
- Research solutions to project concerns and present effective design problem-solving strategies
- Degree in a related field, such as architecture, engineering, or construction management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM, with expertise in preparing drawings and models with limited input from engineers
- Excellent communication skills, with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
