The Hodson Bay Hotel is a 176-bedroom property known for exceptional service and refined hospitality. We are seeking a dynamic Rooms Division Manager to lead our Accommodation and Front Office teams, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Front Office and Accommodation departments.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
  • Implement standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation across all guest rooms and public areas.
  • Lead, train, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Maintain high health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with hotel policies and legal requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a Rooms Division or Front Office/Accommodation leadership role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of PMS systems and hotel management software.
