Leadership Role: AV Service Delivery Director

The Service Delivery Director oversees a global team of professionals, responsible for delivering high-quality AV services. To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively.

  • Maintain service level agreements with clients
  • Monitor operational metrics, set targets, and continuously improve
  • Ensure all programme and operational documentation is up-to-date and accessible to all team members
  • Carry out continuous service improvement processes and implement changes as necessary
  • Conduct root cause analysis to resolve issues impacting client AV spaces

A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the AV industry, including knowledge of leading tools and technologies. They must be able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans in conjunction with other AV stakeholders
  • Supervise a large, distributed team, overseeing their work output
  • Foster a positive team environment by coaching and communicating corporate vision and values
  • Train and mentor team members on industry standards and best practices
  • Hold regular team meetings to discuss key initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures and regulations
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and 8+ years' related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Track record of successfully managing AV & Event support services
  • Proven ability to implement and lead improvements throughout the service lifecycle
  • Strong technical knowledge of enterprise AV systems
