
Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Support Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior management, coordinating tasks, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Managing customer orders – processing, picking, and packing of products.
- Coordinating incoming stock, handling post, booking couriers, etc.
- Scheduling work for Field Service Engineers.
- Handling finance reminders and filing.
- Assisting with general administration and office duties.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external sources.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Pleasant telephone manner.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and work independently.
- Strong customer service attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with an emphasis on coordinating the daily activities of senior management.
- Keen attention to detail.
No minimum required. Previous experience working within a medical devices environment is beneficial.
