Seeking an experienced ETF Client Services professional to join our Dublin team.

This is a 9-month contract position offering flexibility and work-life balance.

The successful candidate will provide critical support to clients who offer Exchange Traded Products in Europe, covering synthetic, physical, and crypto ETPs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless delivery of daily ETF operations and client reporting.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for ETF clients, resolving queries promptly.
  • Oversee requirements of Authorised Participants and respond to their inquiries.
  • Foster strong relationships with investment managers and authorised participants.
  • Maintain a robust control environment and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in funds administration and ETF servicing.
  • Exceptional client services skills.
  • Strong Excel and reporting abilities.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and collaborate within a team.
