- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively, with a focus on continuous improvement and professional development.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license is required, with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in a similar healthcare setting.
