">This is a key support role for the Secretary/General Manager and The Chair of the Board. The successful candidate will provide excellent secretarial, clerical, and administrative service to both General Manager's office and the Board.
">Main Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive secretarial, clerical, and administrative support to the Secretary / General Manager as required.">
- Support and administer all Board and sub-committees meetings, including drafting agendas, scheduling, and recording minutes.">
- Support the Secretary / General Manager in ensuring that all papers for Board and Board Committees are circulated in a timely fashion.">
- Assist with administrative tasks such as collating and circulating Board packs, papers, briefing notes, and other relevant materials.">
- Liaise with internal and external agencies as required, including regional administration, health services, and other hospitals and agencies.">
- Process general enquiries and ad-hoc requests for information as appropriate.">
- Collect, compile data or statistics, and produce regular and ad-hoc reports as required.">

Benefits
