Mergers and Acquisitions Lead

We seek a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Professional to lead the execution of buy-side and sell-side mandates.
This role offers an opportunity to work with a fast-growing advisory firm focused on mid-market M&A services across the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:- Originate, lead, and manage M&A transactions end-to-end, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and negotiations
- Build strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders
- Support deal origination and sector insight initiatives
- Supervise junior team members, fostering professional development
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years' experience in M&A within a Big 4 or boutique advisory environment. A commercially minded individual with ACA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
