Senior Integration Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Integration Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex M&A and business change projects. Our ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering business-critical programmes within financial services or a similarly regulated environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver integration and transformation objectives.
  • Developing comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Monitoring progress and performance, and reporting on project status to executive leadership.

The role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience managing large-scale projects, with a strong focus on company reorg/ mergers and organisational change. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects in financial services or a similar industry, and will possess strong knowledge of post-merger integration practices and business change methodologies.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
  • Additional qualifications in Project or Programme Management are highly beneficial.
  • Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Experience with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
