Medical Scientist in Clinical Laboratory Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Scientist to assist in implementing a clinical laboratory service that supports the clinical needs of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in ensuring the Quality Management System conforms to ISO standards.
  • Perform routine, specialized and research/development work to the highest professional standards.
  • Shall be responsible for all technical/scientific aspects of the Department's work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Applicants must be registered Medical Scientists with CORU. They must provide evidence of registration and have the required qualifications for a Medical Scientist post as stipulated by the Department of Health.

They should have experience working in the field and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Benefits:

  • Salary from €42,000 to €67,000 per annum based on years of experience.
  • Permanent, full-time contracts.
