Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage team workloads, assign tasks, and set priorities.\
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries related to Anti Money Laundering requirements.\
  • Review procedures and recommend changes where applicable.\
  • Develop and deliver training sessions within the department.\
  • Interact with committees and/or Senior Management.\
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior employees.\
  • Conduct performance management and career development processes.\
  • Identify and resolve problems to meet team objectives.\
  • Directly impact task quality or services provided.\
