Housekeeping Assistant

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Hyatt Centric The Liberties Dublin.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas. This role is a key position in our award-winning team, and we offer exceptional benefits and a positive work environment.

A strong understanding of hygiene and cleaning standards, health and safety regulations, and ability to carry out physical tasks, including lifting and bending, are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to a high standard.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance department.
  • Ensure all checklists are completed by the end of the shift.
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, particularly environmental standards.
  • Provide exceptional service by responding to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Be legally eligible to work in Ireland.
