Key Responsibilities:- Servicing Guests: Welcome guests upon arrival, provide information about hotel facilities and services, and ensure they have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
- Resolving Issues: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, resolve any issues or concerns, and ensure that every guest leaves with a positive impression of the hotel.
- Maintaining Rooms: Conduct regular room inspections to identify any maintenance or housekeeping needs, communicate these issues to the relevant teams, and ensure that all rooms are clean, tidy, and ready for occupancy.
- Providing Excellent Service: Focus on delivering exceptional service, exceed guest expectations, and strive for 5-star reviews to maintain the hotel's reputation as a leader in customer satisfaction.
- Managing Bookings: Utilize the hotel booking system to manage guest bookings, update records, and ensure seamless communication between departments.
