Food & Beverage Assistant

This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent customer service skills and are eager to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their dining experience is nothing short of outstanding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests.
  • Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine, making recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever possible.
  • General cleaning of bar and restaurant areas.
  • Serve guests with food and beverages.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
  • Micros experience would be beneficial.
  • Experience in a hotel setting is desirable.
