We are seeking an experienced accounts professional to fill this position in Wexford, Ireland.

Job Overview

This role will involve assisting with payroll, including checking timesheets, tracking leave and supporting staff queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Submit Revenue and pension documentation on time and accurately.
  • Process supplier invoices and assist with accounts payable tasks.
  • Monitor incoming payments and manage direct debit runs.
  • Reconcile customer and supplier accounts each month.
  • Generate reports to support management and track key performance indicators.
  • Support sales reporting and data analysis.
  • Participate in special finance projects as required.
Requirements
  • Experience in an accounts or finance support role is essential.
  • Prior experience with payroll is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy are crucial.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to work independently are required.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.
  • Familiarity with accounting software or integrated finance systems is beneficial.
