Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to play a key role in managing our financial operations and supporting the wider administrative needs of the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records in line with established policies and procedures.
  • Process payroll, PRSI, PAYE, and ROS submissions efficiently.
  • Manage banking, donations, receipts, and lodgements effectively.
  • Manage invoices, payments, and online banking transactions.
  • Consult with auditors/accountants and prepare comprehensive reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).
  • Prepare budgets and reconcile spending against budget.
  • Maintain sound financial governance, proof of expenditure, and asset records.
  • Assist with grant applications and funding reports.
General Administration:
  • Ensure the office is organized, stocked, and running efficiently.
  • Oversee general maintenance and coordinate newsletters.
  • Maintain accessible records and manage correspondence.
  • Support staff with administrative tasks, social media, and event planning.
Team & Community Support:
  • Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment.
  • Participate in team meetings, planning, and training.
  • Handle queries, respond to emails, and provide relevant information.
  • Maintain confidentiality as a safe working environment.

We are looking for an individual with strong organizational skills, diligence, and time management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and relevant software is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
