Our client, a leading professional services provider, is seeking an experienced Accountant to join their team in New Ross, Co. Wexford.

\

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with experience in managing multiple jobs and ensuring key objectives are delivered on time. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage their time effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Preparation and management of accounts\
  • Input into and assisting with the office work plan\
  • Management of multiple jobs to ensure timely delivery of key objectives\
  • Client relationship management to meet and exceed service level expectations\
  • Candidate Profile:\
    • \
    • 5 years' experience in an Accounting practice\
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills\
    • Self-motivation and capability to work on own initiative\
    • Strong organisational and time management skills\
    • Proficient in SAGE/Related Accounting Software\
    • Proficient in Payroll Packages\
    • Excellent Client relationship management\
    • Experience of VAT, PAYE, RCT, CRO, IT & CT returns\
    • Agricultural background/knowledge would be advantageous\
